• 50 food packs and 200 whole chickens to address hunger and improve food security.
• 100 blankets to protect families from the harsh winter.
• Cash assistance for 161 families, helping them to cover urgent needs including rent, healthcare, and food.
• 2 business startup grants, helping families generate sustainable income.
• 4 sets of household furniture to help families rebuild their homes after displacement.
• 2 medical operations, providing life-saving treatment.

On this deployment, we identified and met the urgent needs of displaced and vulnerable families in Egypt, many of whom live in severe poverty.

By providing food, blankets, and cash assistance, we delivered immediate relief to families struggling with hunger and harsh winter conditions. Supporting business startups, providing cash grants, and furnishing homes empowered families to rebuild their lives with dignity.

What’s next:We want to scale up the distribution of essential aid, including food, shelter, and healthcare. We also want to increase our business support initiatives and help more families build sustainable livelihoods. We’ll continue to focus on vital healthcare services, including additional medical operations and follow-up care for people affected by displacement.
