Since July 2022, our son Weeam was diagnosed with SCID Severe Combined Immunodeficiney Disorder), with only around 150 recorded cases globally by 2019. This caused severe neurological problems for Weeam. Doctors from around the UK were involved in Weeams diagnosis and treatment process. However, despite trying different treatments and experimental drugs, medically, there was nothing left to be done.
On Friday the 26th of January 2024, 5:40 am, and after 2 years of fighting and being brave, Weaam passed away at home peacefully.
Weeam taught us bravery, love, resilience, and courage.
In the past two years, 2 rooms for the Ronald McDonald House were sponsored, countless hot meals, Sadaqah, sheep sacrifices, and much more charity was done across the globe in our Weeams name.
Weeam Forever:
Weeam’s father and humanitarian, Nizars message, is for Weeam’s name to remain as a legacy to benefit mankind globally. For this reason, he has established this fundraising campaign to provide access to clean water, medical support, a masjid, secure Orphan sponsorships and provide aid to Palestine in Weeam’s name.
