Who can join this challenge?

Anyone who’s brave enough! There are just a few provisos for this one.

You should be over 16 years old, and not pregnant. There’s a maximum weight of 120kg. You won’t need to have any experience, as you’ll be supported by the friendly and professional team at UK Bungee. Some people with certain health conditions will be asked to sign a waiver before jumping (see below for all the details).

Team Salam organises challenges all year. But none as thrilling as this one! Join us on this challenge which will seriously push us out of our comfort zones.

You can NOT jump if you are:

• Under 16 years old
• Pregnant

If any of the following apply, you must seek professional medical advice before jumping and sign a non-standard waiver:

• Aged 50 years or above
• High blood pressure
• Heart condition
• Suffer from dizziness or epilepsy
• Damage to neck, back, spinal column, legs or eyes Asthma
• Medication – if you are taking any form of prescribed medication, please consult your doctor or provide a medical certificate to state you are healthy to perform the jump.

*The following points apply to ALL jumpers

• Glasses and hard contact lenses cannot be worn
• If wearing boots/high-top or slip-on shoes, please be prepared to remove them
• Maximum weight limit for a solo jumper is 120kg (18.9 stone)
• Waist harnesses fit waist size of 40cm (15.7 inches) to 125cm (49.2 inches)
